Sorry I called you old. I thought you knew.”

Some birthdays call for heartfelt words about wisdom, memories and another wonderful year around the sun. This isn't one of those birthdays.

The Sorry I Called You Old Birthday Card is for the friend, sister, partner or family member who can take a joke about their rapidly advancing years — because if you can't lovingly insult them on their birthday, when can you?

A Funny Birthday Card for Someone Getting Suspiciously Old

Forget the sentimental waffle.

If you're looking for a funny birthday card that'll get an immediate laugh — or possibly get thrown back at you — “Sorry I called you old. I thought you knew” gets straight to the point.

Ideal for milestone birthdays, older siblings, long-suffering besties or anyone who's started making noises when they stand up but still insists they're “not old.” Sure, babe.

Brutally Honest Greeting Cards for People Who Can Take It

Our brutally honest greeting cards are made for relationships where affection is expressed primarily through taking the piss.

This one delivers the birthday insult before they've even opened it.

Inside, it's blank, leaving plenty of room to write something sweet to compensate for the front — or double down and remind them that you're still younger. Your choice.
