Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We now use Royal Mail as our main delivery partner, however shipping to a pick up point is provided by Evri.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition. We will refund the full order amount however the buyer must cover the cost of the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at laughingsistersuk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
